How NumeroAI produces a reading: deterministic Pythagorean arithmetic for the numbers, a large language model with a numerology method for the meaning. What's math, what's interpretation.
This page describes how a reading is produced and the limits we keep.
What is arithmetic
We use the Pythagorean system: letters map to digits 1–9, and from your name and birth date a fixed set of rules produces your core numbers — Life Path, Expression (Destiny), Soul Urge, Personality, Personal Year, and more. Master numbers 11, 22, and 33 are preserved during reduction. This step is plain math, and the same input always yields the same output.
What is interpretation
A large language model turns the numbers into a readable, specific interpretation using a numerology-specific method. The model is not “fine-tuned on N charts” — that would be marketing fiction. What’s real is exact arithmetic plus a disciplined interpretation method. A general chatbot would mis-calculate the numbers and lack the method.
Voice discipline
Plain, warm, specific — no fortune-telling of events. We interpret numbers as patterns of character and timing. We avoid “vibrations,” “energies,” and “it’s destined.”
What we don’t do
We don’t predict events, dates, or outcomes. We don’t claim numerology is science. We don’t require an account, email, or app install. We don’t hide your core number behind a paywall.
