NumeroAI — the Telegram bot @numeroaime_bot and the website numeroai.me — is operated by znakai ("we", "us", "our"). It provides AI-written numerology readings for entertainment purposes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect in the Bot

• Telegram account data — your Telegram user ID and chat ID, and the first name, last name, username, language and Premium status that Telegram shares with bots. We do not receive your phone number.
• Names and birth dates — the name and date of birth you enter for numerology calculations, and the names and birth dates of other people you enter (for example, for a compatibility check). Please only enter other people's data if you are entitled to do so.
• Your questions and our readings — questions you ask the AI numerologist and the readings and reports generated for you, so you can return to them.
• Interaction logs — the buttons you press, the messages you send and the bot's replies, kept for up to 45 days to troubleshoot problems and improve the Service.
• Payment records — amount, currency, date, status, the item bought and a payment identifier. We never receive or store full card details.
• E-mail for receipts — if you pay in Russian roubles through YooKassa (bank card, SBP or another method it offers), the e-mail address you give us for the fiscal receipt required by Russian law (54-FZ). We store it to issue later receipts and use it only for payment receipts.
• Referral data — if you joined via a referral link, which user referred you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate readings — your name and birth date are used to calculate numerology numbers; an AI language model then writes the reading (see section 4).
• Deliver the Service — we use your Telegram user ID to send you readings, replies and the daily notifications you opted into.
• Process payments — to add credits, provide subscriptions, issue receipts and handle refunds.
• Support and security — to answer your requests and to prevent abuse of free features and referral bonuses.
• Improve the Service — using interaction logs and aggregated usage statistics.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it to build advertising profiles. We process it to provide the Service you request, to comply with legal obligations (for example, receipts and accounting) and, for logs and statistics in the bot, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the Service. Website analytics (Yandex Metrica, section 3) runs only with your consent, given in the cookie banner.

3. Website Analytics and Cookies (numeroai.me)

• Cookie banner. When you first open numeroai.me, a banner asks whether we may use Yandex Metrica. Metrica is loaded, and its cookies are set, only after you click Accept. If you click Decline, or do not choose, Metrica is not loaded and the site works the same. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage (znk_cookie_consent), so the banner does not ask again on every page. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer. If you decline after accepting, the banner deletes the Metrica cookies and browser-storage entries (names starting with _ym) that numeroai.me can access and reloads the page, so Metrica stops.
• Yandex Metrica (only if you accept). Yandex Metrica is a web analytics service provided by Yandex. It sets cookies (such as _ym_uid and _ym_d) and uses similar browser storage to distinguish visits, and records the pages you view, the referring page, your device, browser and screen type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, clicks on the page (click map), clicks on outgoing links (including clicks that open our Telegram bot) and whether you leave after one page. Session recording (Webvisor) is not enabled on numeroai.me. Yandex processes this data under its Privacy Policy. Besides the banner, you can also block cookies in your browser or use the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.
• Fonts and scripts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a script library from the jsDelivr CDN; these services receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
• Calculator. The free calculator on numeroai.me runs in your browser; the name and date you type into it are not sent to us.

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on numeroai.me.

4. AI Processing

To write a reading or answer a question, we send the necessary inputs — the name, birth date, calculated numbers, your question and your language — to AI model providers (for example, OpenAI) through the OpenRouter API gateway. They process this data to return the generated text. We do not send payment data to AI providers.

5. Service Providers

• Telegram — the platform through which you use the bot and pay with Telegram Stars (Telegram Privacy Policy).
• Dodo Payments — merchant of record for card payments in US dollars. Your card and billing details are collected and processed by Dodo Payments under its Privacy Policy. To open a checkout we send Dodo Payments the order details, your Telegram user and chat IDs and a technical e-mail-style identifier derived from your user ID (not your real e-mail address); we receive the payment status, amount, currency and a payment identifier.
• YooKassa — payment processor for payments in Russian roubles (bank card, SBP or another method it offers); it also issues the fiscal receipt to the e-mail you provide. Card details are entered on YooKassa's side; we receive the payment status, amount and a payment identifier.
• OpenRouter and AI model providers — generate reading texts (see section 4).
• Yandex — website analytics (see section 3).
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — run our servers and database; the website is served by Cloudflare.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the European Union, the United States and Russia.

6. Data Retention

Account data (Telegram data, names and birth dates, language, credit balance, generated readings) is kept while your account is active. Interaction logs are deleted after 45 days. Payment records and receipt e-mails are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our database and admin tools. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

NumeroAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing.
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Withdraw your consent to website analytics at any time with the Cookie settings link.
• Update your stored name and birth date at any time using the /profile command in the bot.
• Withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the bot.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the bot. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
