Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NumeroAI Telegram bot (@numeroaime_bot) and the website numeroai.me (together, the "Service"). NumeroAI is a service of znakai ("znakai", "we", "us", "our"), the team behind znakai.com and its Telegram bots. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

NumeroAI is an AI-powered numerology service delivered through Telegram. You provide a name and a date of birth; our software calculates the numerology numbers and an AI language model writes a personalised reading — Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, Personality, daily number, personal-year cycle, compatibility, name analysis and related reports. The Service is provided strictly for entertainment purposes. It does not predict events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using NumeroAI, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

3. Readings and Disclaimer

All readings generated by NumeroAI are for entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. You should not make life decisions based solely on the content of a reading. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive power of any reading.

4. Payments, Prices and Credits

• Free features. The Life Path reading, the daily number and the compatibility score are free. Your first full numerology profile and your first name analysis are free as well.
• Credits. Paid readings are paid for with credits (💎) from your balance in the bot. Typical costs: full numerology profile — 1 credit; name analysis — 1 credit; detailed compatibility analysis — 3 credits; full Destiny Matrix report — 3 credits; Year Forecast (personal-year cycle) — 5 credits; deep monthly insight — 1 credit; Lifetime numerology PDF — 10 credits. The exact cost is always shown before credits are spent; Plus subscribers may pay fewer credits.
• Credit packs. 10 credits — $7 / 249 Telegram Stars / 299 ₽; 30 credits — $15 / 599 Stars / 699 ₽; 60 credits — $27 / 999 Stars / 1,199 ₽; 200 credits — $79 / 2,499 Stars / 2,999 ₽. The price is always shown in the bot before you confirm a purchase; promotions may temporarily lower it.
• How you can pay (the bot shows the methods available to you):
  • Telegram Stars — Telegram's built-in payment system, processed by Telegram;
  • bank card in US dollars — for credit packs, in the language versions of the bot other than Russian, where the bot offers it. Card payments in US dollars are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: Dodo Payments sells the digital product to you, charges applicable taxes and issues your receipt;
  • bank card, SBP or another method offered by YooKassa, in Russian roubles — in the Russian-language version of the bot, and in other language versions where card payment in US dollars is not offered. These payments are processed by YooKassa; we are the seller. You enter an e-mail address to which the fiscal receipt required by Russian law (54-FZ) is sent.
• Which terms apply to a payment. Payments in Russian roubles through YooKassa (credit packs and Plus) are governed by our public offer agreement, in Russian, at znakai.com/legal/oferta, including its refund policy at znakai.com/legal/refund. Payments with Telegram Stars and card payments in US dollars through Dodo Payments are governed by these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The public offer is a general agreement for all znakai bots and also covers payments with Telegram Stars; where it differs from these Terms or the Refund & Cancellation Policy on a Telegram Stars payment made in @numeroaime_bot, these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
• Plus subscription (where offered): 500 Telegram Stars per month, renewed by Telegram until you cancel it in Telegram. Plus can also be paid by card in roubles through YooKassa — 599 ₽ for a single 30-day period that does not renew automatically.
• Credits are added to your balance immediately after payment; readings are generated and delivered in the bot (some reports also as a PDF) within minutes.
• Credits are prepaid units for use in our bots only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money, except as a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds and cancellations of payments with Telegram Stars and in US dollars are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy: delivered readings are normally final, but we refund within 14 days if a reading was not delivered or was defective, if you were charged twice, or if a credit pack is entirely unused. Refunds of rouble payments through YooKassa follow the public offer's refund policy.
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. We may change prices at any time; credits you already hold are not affected.

5. Referral Program

You may earn bonus credits by referring new users through your personal referral link. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals) may result in forfeiture of bonus credits and account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free readings or referral bonuses.
• Resell or commercially redistribute readings generated by the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• The readings generated for you are yours to keep and share as you wish.
• The NumeroAI and znakai names, logos, branding, website design, and underlying technology are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on readings.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify users through the bot.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms; in that case unused credits may be forfeited. If you delete your account, remaining credits are forfeited — request any eligible refund before deleting.
